Responsibilities:
To work within our Projects department, reporting to the Senior Project Manager in the design, planning, reporting, delivery and review of engineering solutions within PLC frameworks. Projects will be predominantly based within wastewater schemes.
Skills and Experience:
- Preparation of documentation packs including RAMS, construction phase plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects to ensure their successful delivery against KPI’s.
- To closely liaise with other departments to ensure resources are correctly allocated and client requirements are fully achieved.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to develop practical design solutions to meet technical challenges.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail and a dynamic approach.
- Good communication skills both in written correspondence and client facing meetings.
- Familiarity with the standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Microsoft Project experience would be beneficial.
- An ability to manage contractors and engineers when required.
- Demonstrable experience of working within the water and / or wastewater industries
Qualifications:
- An industry applicable ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent (Desirable)
- H&S qualifications (desirable)
- IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) (Desirable)
- CSCS card
- Full Driving License is essential.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a technical professional within the wastewater industry who has a proven track record in combining their technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of our wastewater products and solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Administrators to provide technical support when preparing quotations and dealing with customer enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers either face to face or virtually.
- Customer Support: Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and ensure the products meet system requirements.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and provide necessary support.
- Product Development: Consult on product development and recommend new and improved products to customers.
- Problem Solving: Help customers solve problems with product usage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Assist the Sales Team with negotiating contract terms to secure orders, ensuring product standards and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling wastewater solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Educational Background: Typically, a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
