Receptionist

The role will require:

  • Operating the switchboard and dealing with calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Maintaining general tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments where appropriate
  • Booking boardrooms and showing clients to meetings
  • Taking responsibility and initiative for solving problems regarding reception issues where possible
  • Keeping the property lists, magazines and newspapers up to date and tidy in reception
  • Distributing post
  • Helping other departments with mail outs/ photocopying etc.
  • Assisting other departments with some aspects of advertising
  • General office duties
  • Ordering stationery
  • Dealing with all Office Invoices, processing purchase orders when required
  • Assisting with organisation of office events
  • Kitchen duties including dishwasher, milk etc.
  • Liaising with compliance and assisting with Health and Safety briefs

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

You will receive comprehensive training on your role, but ideally we are looking for someone with:

  • IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
  • Have an ability to multitask
  • Have some PA experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment individually and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident in dealing with clients

Salary – Dependent on experience £18,000.00 – £21,000.00 per year



Accounts Assistant

Our company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for detail-oriented work and will use his or her interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both senior leaders and colleagues. A successful candidate must be highly accountable, organised, and an avid problem-solving professional who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising Purchase Orders on Sage
  • Updating Infotime (Time recording System) for missing times/holiday/sickness etc and printing monthly summary report for Payroll
  • Weekly Project hours summary list on Excel
  • Enter/Monitor Stock movement transactions in Sage
  • Create Projects in Sage
  • Provide cover for Sales Ledger to raise Sales invoices and Sales order
  • Processing Provide cover for Purchase Ledger

Salary – Dependent on experience £10,000.00 – £25,000.00 per year



Electrical and Mechanical Engineers

ATAC predominantly works in the water treatment industry for domestic and industrial clients, supplying and fitting our own in house designs.

The work will be varied and predominantly in the South East (Kent, London, Essex, Sussex & Hampshire).

The successful applicant(s) must be a good communicator and capable of giving and receiving instructions as required.

  • Water Industry/Industrial Background (Preferred)
  • Full Driving License (Essential)
  • Approved JIB Status (Desirable)
  • CSCS card (Preferable)
  • Appropriate City & Guilds and/or NVQ3 Qualification (Essential for Electrical)
  • C&G Confined Space Trained (Desirable)
  • First Aid at Work (Desirable)

Project Engineer

Candidates should have a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering degree, but other qualifications will be considered for the role including HND/HNC level and significant relevant experience. A willingness to work within and develop knowledge of all three disciplines will be essential, with support provided.

ATAC Solutions Ltd are a leading water industry-based company providing turnkey Wastewater Treatment plants and installations for the Water PLCs as well as servicing, maintenance, and M&E works for Water PLC, Industrial and Domestic Customers.

The successful applicant will work within our Projects department, reporting to the senior management team, in the Design, Planning, Reporting, Delivery and Review of Engineering Solutions. Projects will be varied, predominantly in the Southeast but potentially anywhere in the UK.

The role will require:

  • Preparation of Documentation packs including RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, Specifications and Schedules.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to develop practical design solutions to meet technical challenges.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a dynamic approach.
  • Good communication skills both in written correspondence and client facing meetings.
  • Familiarity with the standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Microsoft Project experience would be beneficial.
  • An ability to manage contractors and engineers when required.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience £24K-£50K
