TANKER DRIVER

Responsibilities:
We are currently looking to employ a full time and experienced tanker driver within the sewage industry, working in and around Kent and Sussex.

The successful candidate will hold a class 2 LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) Category C Driving License, ideally with experience of the operation of a vacuum tanker.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are maintained in a clean & roadworthy condition both internally & externally and that the tankers are operated in a professional manner.

You will be responsible for working independently and safely collecting and delivering sewage from treatment stations, pumping stations and interceptors-often working alone.

It is important the candidate is responsible and reliable, able to assess risks and ensure they wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).

The candidate will also need to be computer literate to send emails and log details onto our company CRM system.

Skills and Experience:

• Good time management skills
• A flexible approach to work
• Demonstrable experience of working within Health and Safety parameters
• Be able to work as part of a team and also self-motivated for lone working periods
• Experience and knowledge of high-pressure jetting.
• Good drainage knowledge and proven skillset.
• Flexibility to work on our Emergency Call-Out Rota
• Mature communication skills.
• The ability to deal professionally with customers with a positive personality and helpful disposition.

Required licence or certification:

• HGV Class 2 Licence 
• CSCS Card 
• Confined Space certificate (Desirable)

Project Manager (PLC)

Working Hours	Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 (1 hour lunch unpaid) 40 hours

Responsibilities:
To work within our Projects department, reporting to the Senior Project Manager in the design, planning, reporting, delivery and review of engineering solutions within PLC frameworks. Projects will be predominantly based within wastewater schemes.

Skills and Experience:

• Preparation of documentation packs including RAMS, construction phase plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects to ensure their successful delivery against KPI’s.
• To closely liaise with other departments to ensure resources are correctly allocated and client requirements are fully achieved.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Innovative thinking with the ability to develop practical design solutions to meet technical challenges.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and a dynamic approach.
• Good communication skills both in written correspondence and client facing meetings.
• Familiarity with the standard Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Microsoft Project experience would be beneficial.
• An ability to manage contractors and engineers when required.
• Demonstrable experience of working within the water and / or wastewater industries

Qualifications:

• An industry applicable ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent (Desirable)
• H&S qualifications (desirable)
• IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) (Desirable)
• CSCS card
• Full Driving License is essential.

Electrical and Mechanical Engineers

Responsibilities:
Attending domestic and industrial client sites to carry out general repairs, investigations, diagnostics and rectifying faults with support from the wider engineering team.

The work will be varied and predominantly based in the South East (Kent, London, Essex, Sussex and Hampshire).

• Knowledge of health & safety legislation and procedures
• Good Numeracy and literacy skills

• Good communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to problem solve and fault finding
• Working knowledge of industrial mechanical control systems, telemetry systems, pumps, gearboxes, general mechanical plant and equipment
• Water Industry/Industrial background

Qualifications:

• Full Driving License (Essential)
• Appropriate City & Guilds and/or NVQ3 Qualification (Essential for Electrical)
• Approved JIB Status (Desirable)
• C&G Confined Space Trained (Desirable)
• First Aid at Work (Desirable)
